A sinkhole in Maidstone continues to cause issues

A sinkhole continues to cause chaos in Maidstone, with residents complaining of poor driving and near misses.

Tonbridge Lane in Barming has been closed since the 28th of May causing a huge five-mile diversion around the sinkhole on Gatland Lane.

Kent County Council has now decided to shut Gatland Lane, but some motorists are ignoring the road closure and still driving through the road.
