Ryarsh residents plea as quarry consultation nears end

Residents in Ryarsh will soon know whether or not a huge sand quarry will be built next to the village.

600 letters of opposition to the development have been submitted to Kent County Council.

The consultation on the three million tonne quarry ends this week and they hope more will write to KCC.
