Road safety charity 'Brake' has found that 38 drivers in Medway have managed to dodge a ban after getting the points on their licence.

Drivers can keep their licence if they convince a magistrate that they will face exceptional hardship if they lose it.

Should drivers with 12 points on their licence be allowed to keep it? We asked residents in Rochester to find out.
