England netball captain Ama Agbeze was at King’s school in Rochester this morning inspiring young girls to play the sport.
The defensive player skippered England Netball to an historic triumph at last year's Commonwealth Games.
As a result netball's participation numbers have increased throughout the country as well as here in Kent.
