It's not safe to cross - Maidstone road putting lives at risk]

Maidstone residents have described their road as a death trap as plans to build more homes in the area have been given the go ahead.

Proposals for the 180 new houses were approved in Hermitage Lane near Maidstone Hospital.

But many, including the hospital themselves, say it'll plague the surrounding area with traffic chaos.
