Should children be banned for giving out sweets in school on their birthday?

A school near Maidstone has banned children from giving out sweets on their birthday.

The headteacher of Wateringbury Primary Schools says it's a tradition which adds to obesity and tooth decay.

But Kent Olympic star Tom Bosworth disagrees saying that pupils should be allowed a treat on their birthday.
