A councillor in Herne Bay has said that fines should be imposed to discourage you from feeding ducks with bread.

He said it could kill waterfowl and attract vermin, such as rats.

Signs were put up in Memorial Park in the town earlier this year but there are still fears that the dangers are being ignored.
