Kent MPs may get new vote on Brexit deal after Bercow shuts down May's third vote

Speaker John Bercow ruled out a third vote on Theresa May's proposed exit plans saying they had to be substantially different to be presented once again to the Commons.

Brexit Secretary Stephen Barclay suggested a vote could take place next week.
