Woman from New Ash Green died after being given the wrong medicine

65-year-old Eileen McAdie died at Darent Valley Hospital in September last year after falling into a coma.

It happened after staff at Village Pharmacy allegedly gave her the wrong drug to deal with her shingles.

Phil Wellbrook joined us earlier from Maidstone where the inquest took place.
