Councils in Kent to receive extra Brexit funding

Councils in Kent are set to receive an extra £2.6 million for Brexit preparations.

The government funding will see £1 million go to Kent County Council with the rest spread between districts and boroughs.

However, whilst any extra cash is welcomed some councils say it is still not enough.
