Medway Council under fire for closing 'outstanding' children's home

Medway Council have come under fire for deciding to close a children's home, despite it being rated outstanding. Opposition councillors have branded the move to close the Old Vicarage home as ridiculous. However, the council say they want to investigate better ways to support children in the towns.
