As smart motorway upgrades near completion on the M20, a new report says lives could have been saved on the new motorways if there were better safety measures.

There's been 38 deaths on the roads across the country during the last five years.

Chatham & Aylesford MP Tracey Crouch is amongst those calling for urgent improvements to the safety of smart motorways.
