Is postponing the Kent Test the right decision?

With Kent County Council hoping to postpone the Kent Test until October, many have hit out at the decision saying disadvantaged children will suffer.

Under the proposal put forward, the test which determines which pupils will go to Grammar school will take place a month later than usual.
