Council leader plans to overhaul track and trace to guide Kent away from coronavirus

A full overhaul of track and trace - that's the drastic idea being put forward by Kent County Council's leader to help guide the county out of the pandemic.

Conservative councillor Roger Gough says the authority are working on a more localised approach.

It comes as Liverpool City Council have unveiled plans for mass testing of all its residents, regardless of symptoms.
