Drugs and forged coronavirus tests at Manston unearthed by leaked memo

In a leaked document given to KMTV, directors from contractors Right Guard set out a warning to their 800 staff members on site.

It says they're aware of employees taking drugs and even having sexual encounters on site during their shifts.
