As Dogecoin And Shiba Inu Slump, Knockoffs Strike Major Gains

Some of the Dogecoin and Shiba Inu knockoffs are seeing strong gains as of Thursday night even as both Dogecoin and Shiba Inu themselves tumbled. The coin Wall Street Inu is up 463.16% during the past 24 hours. This newly-listed token surged 401.21% against Bitcoin and also gained 400.87% against Ethereum. Hero Inu rose 88.2% over the past 24 hours and DogeVillage went up 42.9%. BitShiba gained 41.39% over the 24-hour period. For comparison, Dogecoin is down 7.9% during the past 24 hours, trading at $0.2205. Shiba Inu, the self-described “Dogecoin killer,” has lost 11.7% over the past 24 hours. The altcoin Wall Street Inu describes itself as an Ethereum project based on a famous movie. The project behind the token says it plans to create a gallery for exclusive NFTs with fantastic characters as well as a 2D game where the user can use tokens in exchange for items or benefits. The coin says it currently has a market capitalization of $2.5 million.
