A Stark Reminder That The Shackles That Faced Post Independent Kenya Are Still Persisting. Residents In The Slum And Informal Settlement Areas Lament That Most Of The Facilities Are Pay Up Toilets, Yet The Government Seemingly Is Doing Very Little To Salvage The Situation.
