Traditional owners of WA land go to UN to protest sacred site protection bill

Traditional owners in Western Australia say a draft law which aims to stop another Juukan Gorge incident gives too much powers to miners and the Mining Minister. The WA government introduced a new bill to protect sacred sites into parliament in the wake of last year's destruction of 46,000-year-old caves at the Juukan Gorge in the Pilbara.
