Ingredients for Aaloo Matar Malai
Potato - आलू - 3, (250 gms)
Oil - तेल - 3 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - जीरा - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - हल्दी पाउडर - 1/3 tsp
Coriander Powder - धनिया पाउडर - 1 tsp
Dry Fenugreek - कसूरी मेथी - 1 tbsp
Tomato - टमाटर - 2
Ginger - अदरक - 1/2 inch baton
Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 1
Red Chilli Powder - लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1 tbsp
Peas - मटर - 1 Cup
Fresh Cream - मलाई - 1/4 Cup
Salt - नमक - less than 1 tsp
Maggi Masala-e-Magic - मैग्गी मसाला- ए-मैजिक - 1 sachet
Coriander Leaves - धनिया - 2 tsp

How to prepare Aloo Matar Malai?
1. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in the Kadai and fry 3-chopped potatoes till golden brown.
2. Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1/3 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp dry fenugreek to the left oil in the Kadai.
3. Prepare the paste of 2 tomatoes, 1/2 inch ginger baton, and 1-green chili.
4. Add the prepared paste of tomatoes to the pan and roast while stirring at intervals.
5. Add 1 tbsp of red chili powder and roast the masala till the oil separates.
6. Add 1 cup green peas to the masala and cook covered for 2 minutes.
7. Add 1/4 cup of fresh malai after 2 minutes and roast till the oil separates.
8. Add potatoes, 1 tsp of salt, some water once the masala is roasted, and cook covered for 5 minutes.
9. After 5 minutes, add some chopped coriander leaves, 1-sachet of Maggi Masala-e-Magic, and mix well.
10. Transfer the sabzi to the serving bowl and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
