Liverpool: One Dead As Taxi Explodes Outside Women's Hospital, 3 Arrested Under Terrorism Act

A man was killed in a car explosion in Liverpool. The incident took place outside Liverpool Women’s Hospital. Three people have been arrested under the Terrorism Act. A taxi carrying one passenger exploded. The person who lost his life in the incident was declared dead at the spot. The driver of the vehicle sustained injuries and was taken to the hospital. Reportedly, the three people were detained in the Kensington area. Police officials are on the spot.
