White foam has covered the black water of Yamuna. Governments have failed to fulfill their promises. On Chhath, the BJP surrounded the Kejriwal government, but the situation hasn't changed a bit. During Chhath Puja, they removed the foam by pouring water on the Yamuna. BJP MP Gautam Gambhir raised questions on the Kejriwal government for this. Watch this video.
