Indian Railways has started the process of upgrading the Passenger Reservation System (PRS) from today to restore the normal service of trains. Due to this, PRS facility like ticket booking will be closed for a few hours for the next one week i.e. till November 21. However, the work of upgrading PRS is being done at night. Due to which there will be less impact on ticket booking. From the night of November 14 to November 21, railway tickets cannot be booked from 11.30 pm to 5.30 am.

भारतीय रेलवे(Indian Railways) ने ट्रेनों की सामान्य सेवा को बहाल करने के लिए आज से पैसेंजर रिजर्वेशन सिस्टम (PRS) यानी पीआरएस को अपग्रेट करने की प्रक्रिया को शुरू कर दिया है. इसके चलते अगले एक सप्ताह यानी 21 नवंबर तक कुछ घंटों के लिए टिकट बुकिंग जैसी पीआरएस सुविधा बंद रहेगी. हालांकि पीआरएस को अपग्रेड करने का काम रात को किया जा रहा है. 14 नवंबर की रात से 21 नवंबर तक रात 11.30 से सुबह 5.30 तक रेलवे टिकट बुक नहीं किए जा सकेंगे।
