A fraud case has been registered against film actress Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra at Mumbai's Bandra Police Station. A person named Nitin Barai has filed this case under sections 406, 409, 420, 506, 34, 120 (b). Nitin has accused both of cheating of 1.51 crores through a fitness company.
