Vic govt announces first build-to-rent development

Mum and dad investors will be side lined in Adelaide's first 'Build to Rent' development - a housing project aimed at providing more affordable rental properties in the current tight market. All of the apartments will be owned by the developers and used either as discounted rentals or social housing.
