More than 500 Victorian homes and businesses are without power following heavy rains and strong winds across the state. The power outages are concentrated in the Dandenong Ranges, Yarra Ranges and outer suburban areas in Melbourne's east, with the SES receiving over 40 requests for assistance overnight and more heavy rain on the way today.
