Afghanistan: IS 'under control' after 600 arrests, Taliban say

Taliban spokesperson Zabiullah Mujahid says in a press conference that the Islamic State is "more or less under control" and "not a big threat", claiming that almost 600 people affiliated with the group have been arrested since the new administration swept to power three months ago.
