Worked On Batting During COVID Times, This Chennai Century A Dream: Ravi Ashwin
  • 3 years ago
Ravichandran Ashwin was the Man of the Match after India thrashed England by 317 runs in the second Test at Chennai's Chepauk Stadium to level the four-Test series 1-1. Ashwin's brilliant century (106) in the second innings and his eight-wicket match haul were the highlights of the Indian win. Ravi Ashwin's century on a viciously turning wicket was one of the talking points of this Test match that ended inside four days on February 16. Left-arm spinner Axar Patel made his debut in this Test and finished with seven wickets, including a five-for (5/60) when England collapsed for the second time at MA Chidambaram Stadium. The third Test India vs England Test will be played in Ahmedabad from February 24. It will be a day-night game. (Video and photos courtesy BCCI)
