रॉयल चैलेंजर्स बैंगलोर ने आईपीएल 2022 से पहले बड़ा फैसला लिया है। आरसीबी ने भारत के पूर्व क्रिकेटर संजय बांगर को अगले दो आईपीएल सीजन के लिए टीम का मुख्य कोच नियुक्त किया है। बांगर ने पिछले सीजन में आरसीबी के लिए बतौर बल्लेबाजी कोच के रूप में काम किया था और अब उन्हें प्रमोट किया गया है। बांगर ने साइमन कैटिच की जगह ली।माइक हेसन आरसीबी में क्रिकेट संचालन के निदेशक बने रहे।हेसन अभी भी टीम के क्रिकेट ऑपरेशन के निदेशक बने रहेंगे। उन्हें हालांकि आईपीएल 2021 के यूएई चरण में कोच का कार्यभार भी दिया गया था लेकिन अब वह सिर्फ एक ही जिम्मेदारी निभाएंगे।


Royal Challengers Bangalore has taken a big decision before IPL 2022. RCB has appointed former India cricketer Sanjay Bangar as the head coach of the team for the next two IPL seasons. Bangar had worked as a batting coach for RCB last season and has now been promoted. Bangar replaces Simon Katich. Mike Hesson remains the Director of Cricket Operations at RCB.
