Delhi battles toxic air and poisonous water. Several Delhiites witnessed marking the Chhath puja celebrations in the toxic waters of Yamuna amid surging white foam. During the four-day festival, devotees baths at the bank of rivers as part of rituals. But they are left with no options to bathe in the toxic river.
