In an exclusive interview with India Today, Sunil Patil said a close associate of BJP leader Kailash Vijayvargiya was the one who gave the tip-off regarding the alleged ‘rave party’ that was taking place on a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai on October 2. The NCB raided the cruise ship and arrested Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan on October 3, leading to a long saga that is far from over even now. Witnesses Kiran Gosavi and BJP worker Manish Bhanushali were present at the time of the raid. Sunil Patil’s name became relevant to the case on Saturday when Maharashtra BJP leader Mohit Kamboj claimed he is the ‘mastermind’ in the case and is closely associated with leaders of the Nationalist Congress Party.
