Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said after the BJP's national executive meeting that the main objective of the meeting was to decide the party's strategy ahead of the assembly elections in seven states to be held next year. Sitharaman said that within 48 hours of the lockdown, our government had arranged free ration for 80 crore people.

बीजेपी की राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी की बैठक (BJP National Executive Meeting) के बाद केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण (Nirmala Sitharaman) ने कहा कि बैठक का मुख्य उद्देश्य अगले साल होने वाले सात राज्यों में विधानसभा चुनावों से पहले पार्टी की रणनीति तय करना था. सीतारमण ने कहा कि लॉकडाउन के 48 घंटों के भीतर हमारी सरकार ने 80 करोड़ लोगों के लिए मुफ्त राशन की व्यवस्था की थी.
