WA Police call for community help in building case against alleged kidnapper

WA Police are looking to collect CCTV footage from local Carnarvon businesses in order to piece together what happened over the 18 days that four-year-old Cleo Smith was allegedly abducted. The alleged abductor is under police custody in Perth until the 6th of December as the investigation continues.
