Justice Department fined over attacks on guards at youth detention centres

The Victorian WorkCover Authority has slapped a fine on the Justice Department over two brutal assaults on guards at youth detention centres. The department was fined a total of $100 thousand following the two attacks at the Malmsbury and Parkville centres in 2018.
