OCTA: Lubang, Occidental Mindoro still at critical risk | New Day

While we're seeing a downward trend in COVID cases the past few days, one municipality in Occidental Mindoro is still at critical risk. The OCTA Research group says the town of Lubang is still in critical condition because of its high reproduction number and testing positivity rate.
