Hailing the Bihar bypoll results, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said "Everyone in Bihar is happy." On being asked if Lalu’s magic has worked or not, Kumar told the press, "How will it work? What all these people keep saying. We don’t say such things… As per us the public is the master (janta malik hai).”
