WA downgrades NSW from 'extreme risk' to 'high risk'

Western Australia is downgrading its extreme risk border with NSW to high risk, allowing compassionate exemption to resume from Saturday. Travellers who enter the state must be fully vaccinated, provide evidence of a negative test and undergo 14 days of home quarantine.
