A special court in Mumbai has made an important observation in the Mumbai Cruise Drugs Case. It is worth noting that Achit Kumar, another accused in this case, also got bail on 30 October. NCB has accused Kumar of being a supplier. In the order of Achit's bail, the court has commented that it cannot be proved on the basis of WhatsApp chat alone that Achit is the supplier of Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant.
