Regional New South Wales is welcoming fully vaccinated visitors from Sydney again after more than four months. It's a welcome relief for businesses who have been doing it tough without tourists, including the Taronga Western Plains Zoo in Dubbo. Director Steve Hinks says the zoo is expecting a strong resurgence in visitor numbers.
