Kranti Redkar, the wife of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) zonal director Sameer Wankhede, claimed that her husband’s fight is against drugs and not against any religion or caste. Referring to the recent attack on her husband and her family, Kranti Redkar said that Sameer Wankhede’s resolve hasn’t lessened. On October 31, Kranti Redkar along with her father-in-law Dnyandev Kachruji Wankhede met Union minister and RPI leader Ramdas Athawale in Mumbai. They reportedly showed Athwale some documents, claiming that the allegations leveled by cabinet minister Nawab Malik were baseless. Speaking to Aaj Tak, Kranti Redkar said that she had earlier written to the Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray as well. Watch this video for complete information.
