Lovlina Borgohain had never beaten Chen Nien-Chin of Chinese Taipei in four previous encounters but on Friday at the Tokyo Olympics, Lovlina Borgohain staged a dramatic victory to ensure a bronze medal for India from the boxing ring. Lovlina won her 69 kg quarterfinal match against the former world champion and the Assam girl is in line for better results in her maiden Olympics.
