By-elections are being held on 3 Lok Sabha and 30 Assembly seats in 14 states today. In most of the seats, the main contest is between BJP and Congress candidates. The seats where votes are being cast for the Lok Sabha by-elections include Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Mandi in Himachal Pradesh and Khandwa in Madhya Pradesh.
