Take The Road Taste: FSSAI Out To Improve Quality Of Street Food

The Food Safety and Standard Authority in India (FSSAI) has come up with a scheme to raise the quality of street food. While one set of companies will audit the existing food hubs and point out gaps, another set of companies will impart training to the food vendors, and then the FSSAI will provide them a ‘Clean Street Food Hub’ certificate under the scheme.
