Australia has joined the world in promising to make the nation carbon-neutral by 2050 just days ahead of the Glasgow climate summit kicking off. But the federal opposition is accusing the coalition of failing to properly detail how it will reach the benchmark arguing there are no new ideas in the government's plan.
