Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government is giving “great priority” to the health sector to make healthcare “affordable”. “The NDA govt is giving great priority to the health sector so that everyone is healthy and the health care is affordable... Today I am happy to inaugurate the super speciality hospitals in Madurai, Thanjavur and Tirunelveli,” PM Modi said at Madurai, where he laid foundation stone for an AIIMS and inaugurated super specialty hospitals in Madurai, Thanjavur and Tirunelveli.
