Limiting beliefs | How to change them | Example from my life

What are limiting beliefs? Where do they come from? How do they influence our life? How you can change them into something positive and empowering.

Most of my transformations included a change of a limiting belief. Also, I help my clients to change theirs, when we see that some belief is the root of a problem, and doesn’t let them move forward.

We create our life by making decisions, important choices, and taking action. Which depends a lot on the way we are thinking and on our beliefs.

People will interpret the same events and facts in a very different way. It will depend on what they believe in. And these interpretations will influence their decisions and actions. If you are not happy with the results that you are getting, maybe you are not making the best decisions. The reason could be in your limiting beliefs and their influence on your interpretations of reality.

We all have many different beliefs, and there is nothing wrong with it. The problems start when those beliefs have a negative influence on our life. For example, by stopping us from doing something that we want to do.

Fortunately, there is a way to change your beliefs to something more positive and empowering. I will guide you through 5 steps and share an example from my life.
