Egg Devil || Deviled Egg || Scotch Egg

Egg devils are just boiled eggs stuffed and coated with spices mashed with potato. This dish goes well as a starter for your kitty parties. A classic much loved in cafes, college canteens and as a quintessential street food where it is popularly known as "Dimer Chop".

Ingredients:
Boiled Potato- 3
Fried onion
Salt
Red chilly powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Cumin powder-1 tsp
Fresh Garam masala Powder- 1 tsp
Chopped chilly
Coriander chopped
Boiled egg - 2
Egg-1
Bread crumbs

Method:
1) Add Boiled potatoes, fried onion, salt as per taste, red chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, chopped chilly, coriander powder and mash it well.
2) Cut the boiled egg in half.
3) Take handful of mashed potato mixture, flatten it ,add the half cut boiled egg and roll it into oval shapes.
4) Crack an egg in a bowl add salt and mix it well.
5) Dip the egg devils in egg batter and then coat it in bread crumbs.
6) Deep fry it in oil.
7) Serve it with your choice of sauce as evening snacks.
