Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of Kushinagar International Airport on Wednesday, Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia said, "Our culture and values are evidence that India has never been an attacker, it never took the path to violence for any nation. PM Modi once said at the UN that while other nations stay prepared for wars, India always walks on the path of Gautam Buddh."
