Kartika Month 2021: Every month has different significance in Hinduism. But the glory of Kartik month is considered very special. According to the Hindu calendar, Kartik month is the eighth month. This year Kartik month is starting from 21st October 2021, which will last till 19th November. The importance of Kartik month has been explained in detail in Skanda Purana. According to Skanda Purana, there is no other month like Kartik month. Just as there is no scripture like the Vedas, there is no pilgrimage like the Ganges and there is no age like the golden age. Kartik month is considered to be the month of attaining wisdom, Lakshmi and salvation.Tulsi worship has special significance in Hinduism. Tulsi Puja is performed throughout the year, but in the month of Kartik, Tulsi Puja is considered to be very fruitful. It is said that by worshiping Tulsi one gets freedom from the fear of eunuchs. It is believed that by donating a lamp continuously for a month in the month of Kartik one attains virtue.

Kartika Month 2021: हिंदू धर्म में हर महीने का अलग-अलग महत्व होता है। लेकिन कार्तिक मास की महिमा बेहद खास मानी जाती है। हिंदू पंचांग के अनुसार, कार्तिक मास आठवां महीना होता है। इस साल कार्तिक मास की शुरुआत 21 अक्टूबर 2021 से हो रही है, जो कि 19 नवंबर तक रहेगा। स्कंद पुराण में कार्तिक मास के महत्व को विस्तार से बताया गया है। स्कंद पुराण के अनुसार, कार्तिक मास के समान अन्य कोई मास नहीं है। जिस तरह से वेद के समान कोई शास्त्र, गंगा के समान कोई तीर्थ और सतयुग के समान कोई युग नहीं है। कार्तिक मास को सबुद्धि, लक्ष्मी और मोक्ष प्राप्त कराने वाला महीना माना जाता है। हिंदू धर्म में तुलसी पूजा का विशेष महत्व होता है। तुलसी पूजा यूं तो पूरे साल की जाती है, लेकिन कार्तिक मास में तुलसी पूजा विशेष फलकारी मानी जाती है। कहते हैं कि तुलसी पूजन से यमदूतों के भय से मुक्ति मिलती है। मान्यता है कि कार्तिक मास में एक माह तक लगातार दीपदान करने से पुण्य की प्राप्ति होती है।
