The southern Indian state of Kerala is once again reeling under severe floods, with heavy rains in some parts of Kerala causing landslides in Idukki and Kottayam districts. A total of 11 people have died in rain-related incidents so far. And more than a dozen people are missing, government sources have confirmed.
Meanwhile, the army has taken over the command of relief and rescue operations. Along with NDRF in Kerala, Indian Army personnel are also engaged in evacuating people from flood-affected areas.
दक्षिण भारत राज्य Kerala एक बार फिर बाढ़ का भीषण प्रकोप झेल रहा है, केरल के कुछ हिस्सों में भारी बारिश के कारण Idukki and Kottayam जिलों में भूस्खलन हुआ है. बारिश से संबंधित घटनाओं में अब तक कुल 11 लोगों की मौत हो गई है.और एक दर्जन से ज्यादा लोग लापता हैं, सरकारी सूत्रों ने इसकी पुष्टि की है इस बीच सेना ने राहत बचाव कार्य की कमान संभाल ली है। केरल में NDRF के साथ Indian Army personnel भी लोगों को बाढ़ प्रभावित इलाकों से बाहर निकालने में लगे हुए हैं
