Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan launched a scathing attack on the Congress leadership and said that it has no control over the party. “Congress has become a circus. It has no president. Sonia Gandhi is interim president. Rahul Gandhi says he is not president but he removed Captain (Amarinder Singh) who was running government smoothly in Punjab. Its leadership has no control over the party,” he added.
